Very low calorie and colorful salad.
Ingredients:
3 cups cabbage, green
1 cup cabbage, red
1 cup carrots
1 cup celery
1 cup onions, red
1 pepper, red
1 pepper, green
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbs honey
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Grate all the vegetables using the grater blade of a food processor
2. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and refrigerate over night to allow flavors to blend.
