Rachel's Rainbow Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup m

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla; blend well.
  4. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt and baking soda.
  5. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients; mix well.
  6. Mix in the chocolate chips and mini M&Ms.
  7. Spoon the dough onto a greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden.
