Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 tsp of caffeine-free tea (caffeine-free is a must if you're trying to re-hydrate)
  • 1 -2 slice lemon
  • 1 1/2-2 cups water
  • 5 slices fresh ginger , root
  • 1/2 cup soda pop (7up or carbonated water)

Directions:

  1. Boil all ingredients (except for the 7up) together for 10-15 minutes so the oils from the ginger escape into your drink.
  2. Pour your drink through a strainer into your cup, leaving room for a bit of 7up.
  3. Add 7up (diet or regular) to your drink to taste and drink slowly!
