Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sr flour , sifted
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 190˚C
  2. Mix cream and lemonade.
  3. Add to flour and salt and mix with knife.
  4. Turn onto floured surface and cut into rounds.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes until brown. Should sound hollow when tapped.
