Ingredients:

  • 1 can of frozen biscuits - any size will do, but we preferred the small ones.
  • 2 to 3 tbsp of powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp of butter or margarine
  • enough vegatable oil so donut holes will float in the oil while they cook.

Directions:

  1. Open can of biscuits and separate. If you have large biscuits you can divide each biscuit to make smaller holes. My Mom used to cut them in half.
  2. Drop biscuits or biscuit halves into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  3. In sauce pan melt butter.
  4. Add powdered sugar to melted butter to create a glaze.
  5. You can add a bit of milk if glaze is too thick.
  6. Drizzle glaze over hot fried biscuits.
  7. You could also just roll them in powdered sugar intead of making the glaze.
  8. Serve immediatly and enjoy!
