Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In mixing bowl, mix butter and sugar until light and creamy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Mix in flour, cornstarch, salt and lemon peel.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll in chopped nuts, pressing lightly into dough.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until pale golden.
  7. Remove to racks to cool.
  8. Frosting: In a small bowl, stir together frosting ingredients until smooth.
  9. Drizzle over cookies.
  10. (If it is too thick, thin with a few drops of hot water).
