Quick & Easy Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp masa harina
  • 1/2 tsp lawry's seasoned salt

Directions:

  1. WHISK ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. BOIL for one minute while whisking then remove from heat.
  3. ENJOY in your favorite enchilada recipe or use as a base for chili.
