Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 (8 oz) can olives, chopped

Directions:

  1. Boil onion in water, then drain.
  2. Add the juice of the onion to sauce made of tomato sauce & chili powder.
  3. Sautè garlic, hamburger, olive oil, salt & pepper.
  4. Dip tortillas in sauce.
  5. Fill tortillas with hamburger, olives & cheese.
  6. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas & bake.
  7. Add remaining cheese, etc.
  8. Enchiladas are done when cheese is melted.
