  1. Heat oil in heavy medium saucepan over high.
  2. Heat.
  3. Add pork, saute until just golden, about.
  4. 2-4 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to medium.
  6. Sprinkle.
  7. Cornmeal and cumin over pork and stir 1 minute.
  8. Add green onions and stir just until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  9. Add 2 cup broth and chilies.
  10. And simmer until chile thickens, about 5 minutes.
  11. Thin with additional broth if necessary.
  12. Mix.
  13. In cilantro.
  14. Serve over rice.
