Quick  Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsp shortening
  • 1 tbsp bacon grease
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Cut in shortening and bacon grease.
  3. Add buttermilk and mix well.
  4. Drop on lightly greased cookie sheet by teaspoon.
  5. Bake at 375F until golden brown.
  6. Can be frozen before baking.
