Ingredients:

  • 1 box mccormic/golden dipt tempura seafood batter mix
  • 2 tbsp hunts ketshup
  • about 1 1/4 cup ice water

Directions:

  1. Mix all in a bowl until it is kind of smooth and a light pink... add shrimp or what ever you are frying...
  2. Add one at a time to fryer... don't crowd...
  3. That's it... It is as good or better than most homemade... The ketshup has enough sugar in it to sweeten and make it brown so pretty without over cooking the shrimp!
  4. AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, A KEEPER
