Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup bulgar
  • 3/4 cup diced apples
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla and cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp walnuts ( optional)

Directions:

  2. Soak bulgar then mix all ingredients except yogurt and walnuts in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Serve with yogurt and walnuts on top.
