Quick and Easy Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/5 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine strawberries (frozen works best), ice, milk, orange juice, and a small pinch of sugar, if necessary, in a large pitcher or blender. Blend until smooth. Yields one smoothie.
