My Favorite Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • strawberries (fruits of your choice) or raspberries (fruits of your choice) or pineapple, etc. ( fruits
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Crust directions:.
  2. Blend crust ingredients. Spread in 10 x 15 pan and bake 10-12 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Filling directions:.
  4. Mix well and spread on cooled crust. Add fruit on top.
  5. Glaze directions:.
  6. Mix together glaze ingredients and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Cool some, then pour over fruit. Refrigerate.
