Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Defrost spinach in microwave
  2. Pre-heat oven to 350
  3. In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix so verything is evenly distributed.
  4. Put into an oven safe baking dish and top with a bit of shredded parmesan if you would like.
  5. Bake in oven for 25-30 min or untll top is jut turning golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favourite totilla chips.
