  1. Tear ( do not cut) muffins in two, keeping the rounds fairly even. Toast but do not brown the flat sides by placing them at least 5 inches below the broiler flame. Remove from broiler and spread with 1 teaspoons chili sauce on each piece. Crisscross thin strips of cheese, over which 1/4 teaspoons spaghetti seasoning is sprinkled. Return to broiler and toast until cheese is melted.
