Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • parsley (to taste)
  • garlic (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together (get down and dirty, its easiest with your hands).
  3. Roll into balls.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
