Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Between sheets of wax paper, pound chicken breasts until they are fairly uniformed in thickness.
  2. Place in broiler pan.
  3. Combine cheese and mayo. Spoon half of mixture on top of chicken.
  4. Place under broiler for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn chicken over and add rest of mixture to the other side of the chicken and broil another 5 minutes.
