Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup soy flour
  • 1 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp regular active dry yeast

Directions:

  1. Put everything in the bread machine pan.
  2. Liquids first, then dry, then yeast.
  3. Use the sweet bread cycle.
