Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 1/2 cup soy protein
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 14 oz pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups cranberries

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix in wet ingredients.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
