Ingredients:

  • 1 cup solid pack pumpkin
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 oz. mini chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until mixed.
  3. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
