Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour cookie sheet.
  2. Mix eggs, oil, sugar, pumpkin and vanilla in a large bowl. Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in another bowl. Mix ingredients of both bowls all together.
  3. Pour into cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes. Let cake cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.
  4. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
  5. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Spread on cooked pumpkin cake once it's cooled.
