Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup canola oil (wesson) or 1 cup vegetable oil ( wesson)

Directions:

  1. Mix first seven ingredients.
  2. Add last three ingredients.
  3. Put mixture in a fluted tube pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
