Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain flour (dixie lilly)
  • 2 cups sugar (dixie lilly)
  • 2 cups pumpkin (1can libby's)
  • 1 1/4 cups wesson oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz) container cream cheese
  • 1 box confectioners' sugar ( pure cane only)
  • 2 tsp butter

Directions:

  1. MIX ALL THE CAKE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER PUT IN A WELL GREASED AND FLOURED CAKE PAN.
  2. BAKE AT 300F FOR 1 HOUR.
  3. YOUR ICING YOU COULD MIX WHILE THE CAKE IS BAKING AND SET ASIDE TILL YOU NEED IT AFTER THE CAKE IS COOLED.
