Pumpkin Butter Pecan Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Preheated oven to 350 F. Mix first 9 ingredients into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix, then nuts, then drizzle melted butter or margarine over all. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 F. Garnish with whipped crean and pecans.
