Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin , a 16 oz c a n
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 and non-stick spray 4 one pound loaf pans, or 1 9x13 pan.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.
  3. Pour batter into pans and bake for about 1 hour.
