  1. Preheat 1 1/2 quart casserole dish at 400 degrees.
  2. Cook beef until browned.
  3. Remove and add onion and.
  4. Cook until soft.
  5. Drain dripping and add butter to.
  6. Measure 1/4 cup.
  7. Mix meat, onion, green chiles and seasoning.
  8. Add drippings to hot dish.
  9. Mix egg, milk& flour.
  10. Spread meat mixture to hot pan& drippings, top with cheese and add milk mixture.
  11. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees until puffed and lightly browned.
