Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix whey protein in well. Add beaten egg, honey, olive oil, sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 cup water. Mix well till no dry powder left. Pour into 8x8x2 pan, bake at 325 for ~ 30 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Slice into bars. Could also pour into shallow pan & cook less time.
