Ingredients:

  • 1 (40 oz) can yams, drained
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Place drained yams in ungreased 2 quart casserole.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; blend well.
  3. Sprinkle over yams.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
