Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In skillet, crumble and brown sausage over med-high heat; set aside.
  2. In stock pot, combine chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add potatoes, onion and garlic. Boil for 5 min.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add sausage and simmer for 20 min. or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Add spinach and stir thoroughly right before taking soup off burner.
  5. Note - you can make it less spicy by using regular sausage or spicier by adding red pepper flakes to liven things up - ENJOY!
