Ingredients:

  • 4 cups hot water
  • 3 tbsp yoghurt , for culture

Directions:

  1. Mix powdered milk with hot[about 110 F] and strain through a sieve.
  2. Mix in the yoghurt culture.
  3. Pour into sterilized jars, cover and set in a warm place for 6-8 hours.
  4. Refrigerate.
