Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat together 2 whole eggs and egg yolks.
  2. Stir in flour,honey,cinnamon and peaches.
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter.
  4. Melt butter in a medium hot skillet and drop batter by tablespoonfuls .
  5. Cook to a golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve warm with butter and cinnamon.
  7. Nice for a brunch,with a poultry dish as will.
