Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine the egg, sugar and salt and beat till thick. Add milk.
  2. Cook over boiling water 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from water.
  3. Stir in chocolate and vanilla till smooth.
  4. Pour in 5 demitasse or Pot de Creme cups.
  5. Chill several hours.
