Potatoes And Onions On The Grill

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scrub 4 medium size new potatoes with scins left on
  2. Poke holes in potatoes and microwave for 5 minuets
  3. Use two sheets of wide, heavy-duty tin foil, layer the sheets and spread olive oil over the inside surface
  4. Quarter the potatoes and 2 small onions and place in the middle of the tin foil
  5. Add a few slices of butter on top and season with salt and pepper
  6. Add left over meat if desired,( I used some leftover roast beef) just chop it up into smaller chunks.
  7. Fold tin foil from the sides and roll it down till tight, then fold the ends in to seal the packet.
  8. Place on a medium grill for about 25 minuets, turning a couple of times.
  9. Enjoy
