Directions:

  1. Over medium heat, melt butter in pot. Add onion and cook until softened. Add potatoes and coat in butter. Add milk and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through. Mix egg and flour to make dough. Drop pea sized bits of dough into soup and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serves 6
