Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until soft but still hold their shape, drain water and place in a large bowl
  2. Fry bacon and onions until golden, place on paper towel and pat dry, add to potatoes
  3. Add diced hard boiled eggs to large bowl
  4. DRESSING
  5. In a seperate bowl mix miracle whip, sugar, mustards and paprika until well combined
  6. When potatoes have cooled completely combine with dressing
  7. Roughly chop green onions and mix through
  8. Note: i can usually make 2 batches out of the dressing so add slowly.
