Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and mix into the mashed potatoes.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Drop from a spoon into the hot oil (375 F.) and fry until golden brown.
  4. (2-3 min).
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. If the spoon is dipped into boiling water in between every use, each drop will retain the shape of the spoon.
