  1. PREHEAT OVEN 200 DEGREEES C
  2. PEEL AND SLICE ONION AND COOK LIGHTLY IN A LITTLE OIL TILL SOFT
  3. SLICE PRE COOKED POTATOES AND LAYER IN OVEN PROOF DISH WITH SOFTENED ONIONS. AND GRATED CHEESE
  4. SEASON WITH BLACK PEPPER AND MIXED HERBS
  5. MEASURE A FULL MUG OF MILK AND MIX IN 1 TEASPOON MUSTARD
  6. POUR OVER THE POTATO MIX AND BAKE IN OVEN AND BAKE FOR 14 TO 20 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. TOP WITH MORE GRATED CHEESE AND TOMATO IF DESIRED.
