Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 to 2 tbsp dijonaise mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1 tbsp veg oil

Directions:

  1. Brown medallions in butter and veg oil set asid
  2. Cook mushrooms garlic in sherry until almost evaporated
  3. Boil whipping cream and dijon until reduced in half add medallions server
