Pork Chops on Apples

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Mix apples with sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  2. Coat pork chops with shake-n-bake. Put on top of apple mixture.
  3. Bake at 400F for 40 minutes or until pork chops are tender. Serve with spatula.
