Pork Chops Baked With Orange

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rub the chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge in flour shaking off the excess flour.
  3. Heat butter in a large frying pan
  4. Over high heat brown the chops on both sides.
  5. Transfer the chops to a baking dish.
  6. Peel the orange and and then cut into slices.
  7. Top each chop with with one or 2 orange slices.
  8. Pour the orange juice over the meat and the rest of the orange slices.
  9. Cover the baking dish with tin foil and bake in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for about 1 hour or until tender.
  10. Serve on a bed or watercress.
