  • 2 tbsp plus 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil , like soy , corn , or peanut
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
