Popcorn ¦ Simple [Apx. 6 Cups Popped]

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz popcorn
  • 3 oz olive oil

Directions:

  1. Heat 3 oz oil in large covered pot
  2. Test heat with 5 kernels
  3. When test kernels pop add rest of popcorn
  4. Cover and remove from heat
  5. Count slowly to 30
  6. Return to heat
  7. Pop until done, shaking frequently
  8. Dump immediately into big bowl
  9. Salt to taste (try half salt to half chicken boulion! It's tasty)
