Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp vanilla
  • 4 pints popped corn

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, syrup, water, butter and salt in a saucepan, bring to boil.
  2. Cook until mixture forms a meduim hard ball when dropped in water. Add vanilla and pour over hot popped corn. cool a few minutes, then butter your hands and form into balls.
  3. Makes 12.
