Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and spread on English muffin halves. Place muffins and spread in the freezer for one half hour. Place on broiling pan/baking sheet and broil to desired doneness, about 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
  2. You can also toast the English muffin halves in the toaster on the bagel setting , then spread on the mixture and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 12 minutes. Be careful; topping is really hot.
