Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the mint leaves in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer until the liquid has reduced by two thirds, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Strain the sauce through a fine-mesh strainer set over a bowl and stir in the mint.
  5. Keep covered and warm until ready to serve.
