Ingredients:

  • 350 g tomatoes
  • 100 g onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 liter oil
  • 1 pinch sugar

Directions:

  1. Peel and chop the vegetables, heat the oil, fry onions and garlic.
  2. Add the rest, including salt and sugar, and cook until tender.
  3. Serve with fried egg.
