Ingredients:
4 vegetable marrows
3 green peppers
350 g tomatoes
100 g onions
2 garlic cloves
salt
1/4 liter oil
1 pinch sugar
Directions:
1. peel and chop the vegetables, heat the oil, fry onions and garlic.
2. add the rest, including salt and sugar, and cook until tender.
3. Serve with fried egg.
