Pink Foot Bath

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup epsom salts
  • 2 tbsp instant oats
  • 5 drops of orange pure essential oils
  • 6 drops of peppermint pure essential oils
  • 4 drops of rose pure essential oils
  • 1/8 cup glycerin
  • hot water , as required

Directions:

  1. Fill a basin with hot water (fill enough water as required to soak your feet).
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well till a beautiful pink colour comes out.
  4. Dip your feet in.
  5. Relax and listen to your favourite music.
  6. Enjoy a nice hot soak.
  7. Fill another basin with clear water.
  8. Dip your feet in this once you finish with the soak.
  9. Pat dry.
  10. Apply your favourite foot cream or some Cooling Leg Gel (recipe number:42022).
  11. Tuck yourself into your blanket.
  12. Sleep well.
  13. Sweet dreams!
