Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Empty gelatin into cold water to soften.
  2. Heat 1/2 cup pineapple juice drained from can. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add crushed pineapple with remaining juice and sugar.
  4. Refrigerate until mixture begins to set, about 30 minutes.
  5. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Fold into pineapple mixture.
  6. Spoon into a mold or serving dishes and chill for several hours before serving.
